Galactic Hegemony Troops?

As I get figures ready for the interior action shots in Blasters & Bulkheads, I am looking to fill the roll of the Galactic Hegemony troopers.

I decided to give the Mercantile Collective figures from Blue Moon a try, but with a mainly white scheme.

    Nice! Very "faceless hordes of the evil emperor " feel to these guys. How'd you get the shaded effect? Looks like maybe a wash of ochre...paint? ink?

    Very cool.
