I am a huge fan of the old Alien Legion comics, and so I have had my eye on Rebel Minis Pangalactic Legion 15mm sci-fi troops for some time. Placed an order last week and had them in three days!
Here are the first three!
Returning to 15mm has been an adjustment. I am wrestling with these guys and getting them "right" in my mind. Still a work in progress, but I am getting there. My camera work on the 15mm stuff has been lacking too.
But I'll get back in the swing!
Thanks for visiting!

Very nice. I've been eyeing these as well they look really cool
ReplyDeleteCool. Makes me a little interested in trying 15mm, once I get through my current project.
ReplyDeleteI have to say, seeing some of your conversions inspired me to do some of my own, putting together my own team of 28mm G.I. Joes and Cobras:

Keep up the good work!

Very nice mini's! I've recently come back to war gaming and have chosen 15mm. I'm currently learning to paint mini's again, not as successfully as you ;) 15mm takes getting used too! Keep up the good work!

Nice minis Scott, and an even nicer paint job!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Gunrunner!
ReplyDeleteHeh, I just primed up these same figs for use with my Alien Legion-esque force (teamed with the Khurasan Jade Throne figs.) Still figuring out a color for the uniforms myself.
ReplyDeleteThose look really sharp - the brighter skin tones help accentuate the fact that these guys are different races (species?). For some reason, the Rebel aliens have more expressive faces than their people, and you certainly did them justice.
ReplyDeleteThanks, guys! PMMDJ, how do the two figure lines scale? Will the Pangalactic Legion look good with the Jade Throne stuff if based the same?
ReplyDeleteThanks!
I'll get some pics up once my JTFB arrive. Should look decent.
